To hire a vehicle from Cavara Concierge, the following requirements must be met by all named drivers:

• Minimum age of 21 years — the exact requirement varies by vehicle, with higher minimums applying to certain high-performance and prestige models. Please enquire directly to confirm the age requirement for your chosen car
• Valid UK driving licence held for a minimum of two years, or valid international driving permit
• Valid passport or government-issued photographic identification
• Proof of address dated within the last three months
• No more than 6 penalty points; no DR, DD, or BA offences
• For high-performance vehicles, additional verification may be required

All documentation must be verified prior to hire commencement. Cavara Concierge reserves the right to refuse hire if documentation cannot be satisfactorily verified.

The deposit amount is determined at the time of quotation and varies depending on the vehicle hired. Deposits are held as security against potential damage, excess mileage, fuel shortfalls, and any additional charges incurred during the hire period.

• Deposit amounts communicated in full upon quotation
• Payable via bank transfer or card payment
• Upon safe return of the vehicle, 50% of the deposit is refunded immediately and the remaining 50% is returned within 2 weeks, subject to satisfactory inspection
• In the event of damage or breach of terms, some or all of the deposit may be retained

All pricing at Cavara Concierge is bespoke and tailored to each individual client's requirements. No prices are displayed publicly — all quotations are provided upon request.

• Quoted hire rates cover the vehicle for the agreed hire period only
• Additional charges may apply for excess mileage, late returns, fuel, or damage
• Adding an additional driver is permitted — prices may vary and will be confirmed at the time of booking
• Payment terms and accepted methods confirmed at the time of booking

Cavara Concierge offers door-to-door delivery and collection across London. Delivery outside agreed zones may incur additional charges.

• Vehicles delivered and collected at the agreed address and time
• A full vehicle inspection is conducted at both delivery and collection
• The hirer must be present at both delivery and collection to sign documentation
• Late collection will result in additional daily charges
• Delivery outside Central London may incur a surcharge — confirm at booking

All vehicles must be operated responsibly and within the bounds of UK law at all times.

• Only named, pre-approved drivers may operate the vehicle
• Vehicles must not be used for racing or competitive events
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Cavara vehicles
• Pets are not permitted without prior written consent
• Vehicles must not be taken outside the United Kingdom without prior written approval
• The hirer is responsible for all fines and penalties incurred during the hire period

All Cavara Concierge vehicles are insured in accordance with UK law. Full insurance terms will be provided at the time of booking.

• The hirer assumes liability for any damage not covered by insurance
• Third-party claims must be reported to Cavara Concierge immediately
• In the event of an accident, do not admit liability — contact us immediately
• Personal belongings are not covered under Cavara's insurance

A comprehensive vehicle inspection takes place at delivery and collection. Any damage noted at collection that was not present at delivery is the hirer's responsibility.

• All damage, regardless of fault, must be reported before vehicle return
• Repair costs exceeding the deposit may be invoiced separately
• Interior damage including stains and odour remediation are chargeable
• Tyre, rim, and underbody damage are fully chargeable to the hirer

• Cancellations more than 7 days before hire commencement: full deposit refund
• Cancellations 3–7 days before: 50% deposit refund
• Cancellations less than 48 hours before: deposit non-refundable
• No-shows or same-day cancellations: full hire value may be charged
• Cavara reserves the right to cancel in exceptional circumstances, with full refund issued

All vehicles are delivered with a full tank. Vehicles must be returned with a full tank or the equivalent fuel cost will be deducted from the deposit.

• Using incorrect fuel type will result in full mechanical repair costs charged to the hirer
• Fuel costs for the duration of hire are the hirer's responsibility
• For hybrid or electric vehicles, specific instructions will be provided

The following uses constitute an immediate breach of terms and may result in early termination of hire:

• Operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance
• Use of nitrous oxide, cannabis, or any recreational drug inside or in proximity to the vehicle
• Sub-letting, hiring out, or lending the vehicle to any third party
• Using the vehicle in commercial activity not expressly agreed in writing
• Taking the vehicle outside the UK without written authorisation
• Using the vehicle for any illegal purpose
• Overloading the vehicle beyond manufacturer-specified capacities

Cavara Concierge reserves the right to remotely immobilise any vehicle immediately upon breach of these terms. No refund will be issued in the event of early termination due to prohibited use.
